I like them, they go well with my phone. However, my first pair failed in a week. I can't recommend them, but they've been great. Get a pair of sony buds or air pods. The samsung pairing features don't outweigh the failure of the product.

Meh. I wanted so BADLY to love these purple beauties, but i couldn't keep them in my ears. I tried all 3 tip sizes and ordered some foam tips online. Returned, sadly.

These earbuds are worse than gas station wired earbuds. I just got them last weekend and I'm already finding a major issue with them. I used them once and I cannot charge the case with the original cable or any other USB Type C cable in my house. I don't recommend wasting your money on these ear pods.

I like them because they were very easy to pair and use. Only issue I have is my left bud has fallen out of my ear twice! I looked on YouTube to make sure they are in properly. I only use them at home for now.

The dual hard drive docking station was easy to connect. It immediately recognized the 3TB hard drive I loaded - which was the primary reason for the purchase of this particular item. (An older version of a different brand didn't read anything over a 2TB capacity hard drive.)

Didn't stay in my ears and the sound quality was not much better than my $30 earbuds. Why spend all that money for something that is almost the same?

They work just ok. The people I am talking to say that I am hard to hear or understand. I wish there were at least a small boom for the microphone, that might help. Also, they hurt my ears if I try to wear them for more than 20 - 30 minutes,

They are good earphones! But the case opens on its own! So easy to lose they earbuds! I lost them twice! Ridiculous how samsung used to jave great cases before that won't just open that easy!

I am enjoying these headphones but they constantly fall ouy of my ears. I am afraid they will break every time they fall out. If not for this issue, I would have given these five stars. Battery isnt up to par either.

Sound quality is top notch, only complaint is that the body is way too glossy. No grip, slips out of my hand. Doesn't sit very well in my ears either. 7/10

Hope you have better luck. 3 week into purchasing them, sound kept cutting out. Luckily Best Buy did me a favor and approved to take them back and switch to Google Pro buds which have worked perfectly since.)

These earbuds are good and bad for me quality great sound great fit not good for me. They always pops out and if you're on the phone the call mutes when that happens.

I did not like them. Difficult to be heard. The sound quality did not meet b my expectations.

I love these they work great for what i needed them for, the only bad part is the right bud never fully charges. It only charges to 67% and stays there. Other than that they're great.

These are my third pair of Galaxy buds 2. They may work well 2 weeks or a month. They start having connection issues that are inconvenient and not worth the money and time you spend trying to work through them. Both left and right earbuds have connection issues one after the other i do not recommend the earphones

I really wanted to like them but unfortunately they didn’t fit too good in my ear and as a result I couldn’t hear phone conversations or music.

The ear plugs really don't cancelled noise unless you have both in but still don't cancel noise in background

Not a fan of these earbuds. I had the previous version of the Samsung buds and I enjoyed them much better until the dog destroyed them. I do not like the fit in my ear, could be my ears......who knows.

Decent sound but they don't fit my ears very well. Always falling out and when you push them back in I hit the button to disconnect the call. Better options out there.

Now I know why people spend more money on headphones, I was a loyal skull candy fan because they were decently priced but did not last long and would never connect these are wonderful and connect within seconds. Haven't had any problems yet.
