If you do sweat a lot make sure the earpieces are snug in your ear because if sweat gets on the rubber it is hard to keep them in after that.

This was the fastest shipping ever for me, I orderded them one night, a little after midnight and they came early afternoon that same day, that was weird and unexpected, but great.

Ive have yet to run them dead. They have yet to fall out my ear. The case fits perfectly in my pocket and sometimes I forget it's there.

If you have a Samsung Galaxy phone, but haven't gotten these ear buds, buy them right now. Last weekend mine accidentally went through the washer and dryer. I was so sick about it because I love them so much. They're rated as being water-resistant, but I didn't think they could survive a 50-minute wash cycle and then 30 minutes in the intense heat of the dryer. But I charged them up afterwards, and they still work perfectly! Oh, and of course they sound awesome also, and the way they integrate with Galaxy phones is perfect. You'll never want to use other earbuds again.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Experiencing discomfort with earbuds—whether they're too tight or too loose—can be frustrating, especially during activities like jogging or when enjoying music. Samsung earbuds offer a solution to this common problem. If you find the fit isn't perfect, you can easily switch out the earbud tips and wingtips to ensure a snug, comfortable fit that enhances sound and call quality. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal. This will improve the microphone’s performance and provide a stronger sound. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly.
