The cashier said, you just have to purchase another pair. It's just another $200.

I take public transit, the the noise cancelling mode comes in handy, as does ambient mode for when I need to hear what's going on around me without having to remove the earbuds. However, 2 weeks in and volume on one earbud has noticeably diminished, and experiences an odd intermittent whistle. These will be returned ASAP. I need 2 working earbuds, not 1.5.

He has little ears so it’s kind of hard for them to sit in there, but he changed the earbud size and it fits a little better

They play music. The noise canceling is not great. I have turned the volume to max and still hear environmental sounds. The call quality isnt good. When im on calls, people say they cant hear me and the call quality is poor. They fall out of my ears alot. Really disappointed

They have no background noise reduction capabilities. When having a phone conversation, the person wearing they sound extremely muffled. I would not recommend these even for children.
