I bought these headphones solely for work calls. They are the worst headphone experience I have ever had. It’s impossible to use any sort of action buttons on them such as excepting a call or hanging up on a call. They’re incredibly annoying. The sound quality is abysmal and I get complaints from anybody I speak with. as far as I’m concerned there’s only one positive to these headphones and that is connectivity is very fast. I would not even accept these things if somebody gave them to me for free.

Amazing product. Great for outdoors (ambient noise!) So you don't get run over while you are walking outside.

Great headphones to use for any sport or occasion.

I really can’t review the product as it’s a Christmas present for my grandson and it’s not Christmas yet.

The small size felt good until you started talking then they just fall out and are hard to catch. Noise cancelling was pretty bad too.I owned jabra 65s for years tried these as an upgrade and returned them 2 days after. Nice try but there's better options out there. Currently using Sony wf 1000xm4 and still prefer jabra

Just bought these after returning the Beats Earbuds, I was assured there was an app for these for IOS. There is no app support for APPLE products for these and you cannot access advertised features. I bought them to wear on my motorcycle under my helmet. I needed APP support so I could control the ANC without touching the actual earbuds. Its a shame because they sound great, but as I mentioned without the app you can't do simple things like check battery life.

When your ear gets sweaty they fall out even if you change the tips plus volume is an issue and also the touch is too sensitive you try to adjust it back in your ear and hang up the call

Boght these for my wife and she absolutely loves them. These are her first buds and I see her using them more often than her more expensive Beats head phones. She loves the Lavendar color as well. Zero complaints from her. I am now considering upgrading to these.

These were a replacement pair. The first set only lasted 6months before a high pitched ringing started. I had to use the extended warranty plan thru best buy cause samsung wouldnt fix or replace them.

It would have been 5 stars if the earbuds will stay in my ear. It keeps falling out of my ear. Sound and everything is good but no need recommending this to anyone if i can't even use mine.

Its work for me the way i want it. I would like to recommend.

I wanted to like these espeically since I loved the buds+, but these just wont stay in my ear. They feel comfortable but they lack the form that would allow them to stay secure in the ear.

My husband I bought them for he likes the I buy the extended warranty on them they go up every year for the warranty but it helps two year warranty not bad

My husband bought me these earbuds 3 years ago for Christmas and I unfortunately lost one earbud at a flea market. I like these so much that I bought another pair. I have not been happy with them they don't seem to fit like my first pair I've tried everything they just seem a little bit bigger than The first pair. I've been meaning to return or exchange them for something else but have been busy I really should check to see if I still can I think it's only been a month or so.

Buy it if u have a android but u must have andoid :)
