All good untill volume was acting up and mic wasnt functioning. On my point of view sadly. I'm quite upset I can't replace these.

I absolutely love them. They work perfectly to cancel out noise. I can now have a conversation with my husband without hearing the commuting traffic noise.

Sound quality comes through clearly however haven't figured out why stole Zoom callsy voice output is poor. Phone calls are fine and nose cancellation is a great feature.

Great Sound! Samsung is a great brand that gives you quality sound and comfort for a great price.

I needed new earbuds since i was still using my Samsung Galaxy Bud True Wireless, getting these was worth the upgrade!

the noise cancelling works better then the galaxy buds live, partially because this one goes in your ear and closes out any noise from the outside. great upgrade,

My daughters got these for my birthday. It is big convenience for me. They do not bother me while I use them. They have a comfortable fit. I do recommend this product.

Couple years ago I bought these for my husband for Christmas. I have the live earbuds, which I really like, but one another pair. I like my husband's so much, I bought myself a pair. Everything is great on. However I have one big issue with them. For some reason, when I tap the earbuds to pause or whatever, It doesn't work. I have to remove them from the app, and reinstall. They will work for a few days, but will eventually stop recognizing the tap features. This infuriates me because I own cheap ones off of Amazon that work better than this. Samsung, I am a big fan of yours. Everything I own is Samsung from appliances, TVs, to phones, but this is unacceptable. Very disappointed. Please, don't tell me my settings are wrong because they aren't. These are far from being my first set of earbuds and I know what I'm doing.

Great sound and the ambient sound feature is even better. Ive had a friend tell me they look like tics in my ear but everything else was great

Great headphones sound is good and if you hold finger to your ear it turn outside microphone on so you can hear what's going on around you.

Great buds. Sound quality and noise cancelation top notch. Price was good. Only problem my ears dont do well with any type of buds. I ended up getting some diofit ear tips and much better and they stay in problem is i have to switch the sides meaning fit the left bud into the right ear and right bud into the left ear..and BAM perfect .. its weird but works great no more slipping out problems which is my only complaimt.

Comfortable to wear. They stay in my ears with no problem. Love that I can go from ambient to noise canceling when needed!

I bought these as a gift for my wife and she loves them. Only downside is she now puts them in when she doesnt want to listen to me talk. The noise canceling on these are too good and im constantly talking to myself.

Sounds amazing the ANC is good and the ambient sound is good as well for its size and price

Defiantly worth the money! Can't hear any background noise, completely blocks out sound and the music sounds wonderful.

These fit in my ear much better than the previous version. The ambient sound seems much better! An improvement all around so far.

I love these earbuds. Came from Bose and was surprised how much bass I was missing.
