I didn’t think they would stay in ears but haven’t had a problem. The ear buds are the best. The color also match my phone. I’m very happy.

Great sound quality ambient sound feature is very useful for me personally. But these headphones will become lose while in ear when you get hot. battery life is decent.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Experiencing discomfort with earbuds—whether they're too tight or too loose—can be frustrating, especially during activities like jogging or when enjoying music. Samsung earbuds offer a solution to this common problem. If you find the fit isn't perfect, you can easily switch out the earbud tips and wingtips to ensure a snug, comfortable fit that enhances sound and call quality. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal. This will improve the microphone’s performance and provide a stronger sound. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. Very clear and stay put in the ear. Second set and not the last. A little pricey. But you get what you pay for.
