The one thing that I have a problem with is that they slip out of my ears due to my ear piercings.

They fall out of your ear very easily. They dont hold up to being dropped. The plastic cracked the first time it fell out of my ear. After having them for maybe 6 months the battery life went down. They last half the time they did when I first got them. They have connectivity problems, they randomly disconnect from your phone. You have to put them in and out of the case a couple of times before they will reconnect to your phone. Personally I would never buy these again, I've had cheaper headphones that are the same quality. The only reason I haven't got a new ones is because I spent so much money on these. I'd say the only good thing about these is that you can control them using your Galaxy watch.

But the fact they fall out my ear no matter how I stuff them in my ear is annoying. If they could just stay in my ear. I've tried all the different size ear gripper and still they fall out my ear. I wouldn't repurchase.

Then something always goes wrong and now you need to buy a new one.
