The Galaxy Buds2 provide up to 7.5 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 29 hours more with a fully charged case. Placing the buds in the charging case for 10 minutes will give you up to 150 minutes of play time. Experiencing discomfort with earbuds—whether they're too tight or too loose—can be frustrating, especially during activities like jogging or when enjoying music. Samsung earbuds offer a solution to this common problem. If you find the fit isn't perfect, you can easily switch out the earbud tips and wingtips to ensure a snug, comfortable fit that enhances sound and call quality. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal. This will improve the microphone’s performance and provide a stronger sound. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test.
