The earbuds do not stay inside the ears

I have tried all three sizes of ear tips and none of them fit perfectly inside my ear : ((

And this one is probably my second least favorite. The Buds2 stay in better than the more expensive Buds Pro (which is my least favorite due to fit). But I have to say the range on the Bud2 is the worst of all the ones I have had. One thing that I really don't like is that the case is glossy white. And the graphite is grayer than I thought it would be. I wanted black, but that color is only available with the Pro (which again didn't fit as well). And I have tried all of the advice from Samsung on the fit, but it didn't change anything. Bring back the IconX model!! That was the best.

It would work once, and then not again until I put them back in the case and took them out again. Sent them in to be repaired. The replacement buds (not sure if new or repaired) are hardly better. It takes about 10 attempts at tapping to get the buds to turn off. Would never buy these again.

Bad fitting

Im constantly adjusting them or trying to catch them when they fall out. The sound is great though!

Lots of features and easily connects to my Samsung phone(of course). The only gripe is the tapping for the volume up and down.. its hit or miss most of the time..

Sacrificing quality for comfort and looks

While Functions, Audio quality and Voice quality took a hit. The comfort, how they barely show our of your ear and being able to lay down on your ear while using them are a big plus.

Have to snug em up now and then. There are other size silicone tips but the other ones don't pass the fit test.
