The looks and feel and casing for these buds are real nice and of great quality. That being said the negatives are quick to me to notice is because i have been using some Buds+ for over like 2 years now and the sound seems crisper with my older model buds and the new bud dont sit as easily or nicely as the buds+ this is my opinion and i have spoken

Bought this for my mom to use and she loves it. She has small ears and this seems to fit her well. The sound quality is surprisingly good.

These are the only earbuds that I have been successful in locking in my ear. They are easy to use and pair easily. Sound quality is excellent for there size. I highly recommend them to others.

Working overnights I find using this product has a good battery life as well as sound quality.

Excellent sound and very responsive. Fit perfectly in the ears for hours without discomfort. Great for phone conversations as it doesn't pickup background noise as other Bluetooth headphones do.

Bluetooth connection has great range so you dont have to be close to your device. Can always have right fit with wearable app. Noise cancelling is a nice feature for music.

My ENTIRE family LOVES them and they have iPhones. I am the only android user in our household and one day when their earbuds werw misplaced and asked to borrow mine it was over. That's when they purchased their own sets along with their girlfriends and they all have iPhones. The quality is amazing and the noise cancelling as well. I believe Samsung is superior in this category for sure.

Overall the product is great. Easily connects to device and sound quality is awesome. However for small ears they do not stay in and constantly disconnect from the device. Tried getting silicone sleeves and foam tips and nothing worked. Wish they didn't change from the first gen as those were great and small. Only gave 3 stars due to having to buy a different headset to use
