Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds2 aren't fitting correctly, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Feel free to review, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" for some more helpful tips and tricks on getting the most comfortable fit for your ears. We also recommend using the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. If you would like further assistance afterward, feel free to reach out to Support. We're always happy to help! I am no audiophile but sound serves my purpose for phone and music on the go. Minus one star as I dont love the feel in my ear but that could be simple matter of me changing the size earbud I am using
