I replaced them with these expecting at least equal quality but I am disappointed with these. They don't stay in the ear, I have tried all three of the pads but none of them help. This could be because of the redesign but they are almost worthless being I can't do most activities I used to do. Sound is as good when they are fit just right but otherwise they sound tinny and let in too much environmental sound.

The sound quality is pretty good, but could be a bit more tonally diverse, as the sound is a bit thin, so not an audiophile's first choice. They are easy to use and have a great amount of features that integrate with my Note 20 that I really liked, and topped off with good microphones that do noise cancelling, calling, and ambient mode really well. The problem is in the design. They are very smooth and rounded, which means that they don't have any hooks or anything to secure them in the ear, and are therefore basically unusable while running. I constantly have to push them back in if i'm doing anything, and because the touch controls are so sensitive, those become unusable, too. Overall, not a bad choice for the basic consumer that doesn't plan on being active with them in.
