Has other ear buds, but likes these the best for sound and fit. They also stay charged longer than other kinds.

Pre-ordered Black as a B-day gift for myself in Aug & Best Buy sends white by mistake (I rarely pre-order anything) 2. Best Buy takes back white and sends black 3. Black arrive a week later with empty box ( STOLEN) 4. Best Buy orders another pair for pick up at store (FINALLY successful) 5. 2.5 months later the Bud 2 meet the washing machine (accidently left in my pocket...Buds were in case) Surprisingly the Buds seem to be ok after they dried out, but the case is a little screwed up but for now will still charge. 6. Called Samsung to see if any consideration for warranty...answer...NO...No soup for you (Seinfeld Joke) 7. However I will say after comparison the Buds 2 sound quality is better than Air pods 2 ( which play louder but not as crisp and they constantly fall out.) plus I now have sound controls which I did not on the Air pods 2. Phone is Galaxy Note 10 Plus. 8. Overall I really like them and the sound quality 9. Lastly IF Samsung is reading this and you would like to send me a charging case that would be just wonderful, but if not....Oh well life will go on.

I gave up my beloved Bose earbuds, so i could have the whole group: watch, phone and buds. I think I'll be trading them in for Bose ASAP! I'll be back after the redesign.

Noise cancelling was pretty bad too.I owned jabra 65s for years tried these as an upgrade and returned them 2 days after. Nice try but there's better options out there. Currently using Sony wf 1000xm4 and still prefer jabra

Big mistake, not only was the sound bad but they hurt my ears after only a few minutes of use. And they kept falling out which the original Galaxy buds rarely did. All I'm asking is for a company to make earbuds with incredible sound that are comfortable and block outside noise. Is that so hard in this day and age????
