They fall out every few minutes.... Tried to return but didn't know you only had 2 weeks to return to best buy. Would not recommend these at all. Many people report the same issue... Now I'm stuck with a product I can't even use.

The sound was good and no complaints when on phone calls. I liked the noise canceling and ambient mode. They worked well. However the fit was terrible. When having a conversation the buds would come loose in my ear and i had to adjust them no matter what size tip I used. It felt like I needed to adjust all the time and cause mis- touches everytime.

Unable to exchange because it was passed the 30 day mark. One earbud, just wouldn't turn on. The other, I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. The cashier said, you just have to purchase another pair. It's just another $200.

He has little ears so it’s kind of hard for them to sit in there, but he changed the earbud size and it fits a little better
