What tends to happen is that the levels drop in the left ear then I can hear it vaguely in the left but clearly in the right then eventually the sound gets worse it starts to sound staticy in the left ear

I had to disable the touch feature because i kept hanging up calls trying to adjust them as they slipped out. By disabling the touch feature i now had to be near my phone to play or pause audiobooks/music; which sort of defeats the wireless feature for me.
