Unfortunately i was met with low sound quality, the anc wasnt very good, and on top I was having connection issues just the next morning. I will definitely be returning.

I have not had any odd issues like audio cut out, random disconnects, one bud noticeably discharging faster than the other etc. I’m using these with my iphone 13 pro so before I get dinged for giving this 4/5 stars there is a reason. On ios the galaxy wear app supports both the galaxy buds+ and the galaxy buds live but that’s it. Samsung could easily integrate support for these as well but chose not to for obvious reasons. To remedy this is use my Samsung phone to update these, assign features then pair back to my iphone. All features work except a few Samsung exclusive ones. Basic functionality like play pause, forward skip, anc/transparency mode work perfectly. The samsung labs double tap feature works great as well.

Most of my electronics are Samsung. These headphones sound horrible and I don't like that they can just fall out of your ear. I prefer the behind the neck strap. I could never run with these. Very disappointed.
