It wouldnt stay connected to my phone. Constant disconnect every few seconds. I ended up being gifted my second pair from Amazon which works beautifully.

They work right out of the box but the sound isnt the best and the noise cancelling is some of the worst ive heard. Theyre good enough but id recommend saving the extra money for the pros.

Battery life not more than 3 hours. Falling off sometimes, sound not perfect either because getting loose in ear and disconnects. Go with the old one....

To properly wear your Galaxy Buds2 or Galaxy Buds2 Pro, start by ensuring that the earbud tips are securely attached. Insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal for optimal comfort and sound quality, and if adjustments are needed, rotate the buds or consider trying a different size for a better fit.
