Took the big rubber ring off and it won't stay in ears. Everyone I talked to on phone using them said I sounded muffled and couldn't hear me. Took them back immediately.

Still trying to get adjusted to keeping them in. The right one falls out after about an hour. The left one ALWAYS says it is not in correctly. Unfortunately these headphones failed in less than 6 months, so i got them repaired through the waranty, and the refurbished pair failed again after less than 1 month of use, my father had the same headphones and they also faild in the same way but he did not get approved for a factory waranty repair. Overall very disappointed in these headphones as well as samsungs inability to adress issues that were absolutely their fault. Everything from failed internal parts to ear infections caused by there cheap silicone choises. I Would not recomend these headphones to anyone and am now hesitant to ever buy samsung headphones again.
