These are a great set of buds. The features offered work really well and have easy controls via your smart phone. My only issue is they wont stay in my ears. doesn't seem to matter which rubber ear piece or how i place them in the ears. normal walking and talking will cause them to pop out.

The fair sound quality does not compensate the price. More treble than bass. Actually very little bass. I found better sounding earbuds for lesser price point with great balance of sound, treble and bass. (Skullcandy Indy).

Cannot use with my wife's Apple I-Pad. Booooo!!!!!

Right out of the box, I liked these a lot. They are a marked improvement over the buds +. That being said, these have their own issues. Pros: Better sounds and bass from the buds + I finally got to understand noise cancellation vs buds without that feature. With a note 10, just as easy to pair as buds +, and these have more features. These fit better, and there is a fit test in the wearables app. It is difficult sometimes to get the bud right where it needs to be I don’t exercise much but stayed in no problem walking two miles today. Not strenuous walking though. CONS: Box comes with three tip sizes. Medium tips come already on the buds, make sure you pick what suits your ear canal You will be cleaning those tips and the bud stem that goes into your ear a lot If you get a loud whine that sounds like microphone feedback when you get too close to an amp, try cleaning your tips first. That solved my issue Also, if one bud is not as loud as th pe other, clean it out first. I prefer over the ears headphones as I listen to audiobooks as I sleep, but they kept breaking. Sound quality is not as good as over the ears but, it’s not like I am jamming to Bach. One thing I miss about buds + is the battery life. These batteries last for about four hours with noise cancelling on, five turned off. Buds plus lasted about seven or eight hours.

The new shape is small and slippery, it falls right out of my ear. I tried changing the the size of the buds, but they just slip out. I never had this problem with last generation's buds. Too expensive for the risk. Sou d quality was also uninpressive

I have owned every version of Galaxy Buds that have been released to date (except the Galaxy Buds Live). When the Galaxy Buds 2 came out I saw little reason to give them a try because I had the Galaxy Buds Pro. I also was a little frustrated with the Galaxy Buds Pro, I have never been able to them to fit how I felt they should. They always just felt a little off. I tried a lot of things, but still struggled. But I liked the integration with my other Samsung device and the sound quality was really good, just the fit was off. Well I recently lost my Galaxy Buds Pro, and I tried a few sets of earbuds as a replacement, but missed the things baked into the Galaxy Buds line, so I thought that since I had not tried the Galaxy Buds 2 I would give them a shot. I bought them through Samsung, but Samsung lets you pick up orders at BestBuy the same day. Well I got these, immediately opened them and put them in my ears with the default tips. The. Fit. Was. Perfect. I am not saying this will be the case for everyone, too many variables. But the Galaxy Buds 2 fixed all the fit issues I fought with while owning the Galaxy Buds+ and Buds Pro with all the features I want - Dynamic sound setting for the EQ, noise cancellation/ambient sound modes, integration with my Galaxy Tab and Galaxy Watch, etc. Finally for many iterations of buds from Samsung I have the ones that work for me. Plus they cost less than the Buds Pro...

Didnt like them, returned them. They wouldnt stay in my ear, even with a racing hood on me and a helmet. They would move around and it became annoying when I was riding my motorcycle and a earpiece was coming out.

I love these earbuds, they’re so tiny but sound big. I have not had any odd issues like audio cut out, random disconnects, one bud noticeably discharging faster than the other etc. I’m using these with my iphone 13 pro so before I get dinged for giving this 4/5 stars there is a reason. On ios the galaxy wear app supports both the galaxy buds+ and the galaxy buds live but that’s it. Samsung could easily integrate support for these as well but chose not to for obvious reasons. To remedy this is use my Samsung phone to update these, assign features then pair back to my iphone. All features work except a few Samsung exclusive ones. Basic functionality like play pause, forward skip, anc/transparency mode work perfectly. The samsung labs double tap feature works great as well.

I was forced to get these instead of replacement pro +'s because the store was out if the previous version. The battery life is horrible and so is the call quality. I regret this purchase. Dont waste your money on them.

Great purchase i have done. I was hesitant at first however i went for ut. DO NOT REGRET. The sound is clear and the color its super pretty. They fit perfectly in my ears and easy to hid during work. Shhh boss doesnt know. :D Really recommend them.

Bottom line: they have to stay in your ears! If they can't do that, they are useless. I have tried everything, swapped out the tips, tried to rotate them in as recommended; the only thing I have not done is purchased a third-party adapter to try and make them work. I refuse to buy something to force these buds to do the only thing they were designed to do in the first place. Ear buds go in your ears, Samsung. This is a huge problem and they are going back.

Not a good product. Sound quality is not great. And they are too sensitive. You can't adjust them in your ear without pausing the music. I returned these.
