Not great for calls

The only downside is when I make calls I'm told I sound muffled. So I'm unable to enjoy the convenience of putting my phone down to talk because I have to end up holding the phone instead of using the earbuds!

Also, background noise seems to be the focus on the buds when you are on a call. People hear that more than you. Depending on how you turn your head the buds won't pick up your voice and it will sound to the person on the other end that you sat the phone down and are yelling to it from across the room. Then on other times the voice comes in super loud to the other person then drops off randomly.
