To answer calls on your Galaxy Buds3 FE, pinch the stem of either the left or right earbud once. To end a call, pinch the stem again. You can also reject incoming calls by pressing and holding the stem. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you've upgraded to a new phone or want to switch the devices your earbuds are connected to, you may need to manually restart your Samsung earbuds. This can also help if you are experiencing minor problems, like if the earbuds are unresponsive. However, you can also perform a factory reset with the Galaxy Wearable app. Please feel free to check out, "How to restart or reset your Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your device.
