There is so much more clarity and definition in the audio quality. While the design might be a bit subjective and very Apple like, the in ear fit is a major improvement over the originals and less likely to fall out with continuous use. Being both a user of Apple and Samsung, the user experience is better with Samsung but that's to be expected. Loving them so far and can't wait to see what the Galaxy Bud Pro 4 brings to the table.

The sound quality is the best I've had with any other devices. When I'm on a call the person I'm taking to cannot hear any of my background noise. I can actually talk and vacuum at the same time with them and the other party doesn't hear the vacuum. I highly recommend them.

The biggest proble was that they gave me headaches, the bluethooth or something in them cuse my head to hurt, this never happened before with any other wirerless eraphones, so all the extras didnt matter since i could not used them

We appreciate your candor as we continue to make improvements on our product line to best suit the needs of our customers. Wearing your earbuds properly is important for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. No one wants to lose an earbud, especially while out jogging, so be sure to wear them with the proper fit. Your Galaxy Buds3 Pros come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds:
* Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R.
* Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you.
* Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you.
* Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down.
Feel free to adjust your buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test to ensure you have the proper fit. I have owned these for awhile, and use them nearly every day. The pins at the bottom of the pits to charge them start to dig into the earbuds and then they get finicky to get charging, leaving huge pits on the points of the earbuds. my left earbud sometimes refuses to charge at all. samsung says its fine, and refused to warranty them. until recent updates, the case also would be extremely sensitive about "moisture" and then just sit and blink and refuse to charge either side. The case has built in wireless charging, which isn't really advertised but is very handy, and the original ear pads/tips were garbage and ripped the first time I tried to take them off.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Check out, "How to change the tips on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro or Buds3 FE" to help swap out your ear tips without damage.
