The noise cancellation is really good and can be compared to over-the-head headphones as well. The main issue with these earbuds is that there is a charging issue where you get a message saying that the earbuds have stopped charging and the light on the case keeps blinking. You have to leave it for a while and the issue is resolved on its own.

But sound quality shocked me. The bass was great. My friends said they heard me clearly in discord when i used them. Charging them as been easy. Both wireless and wired. Overall, i can't complain and seem very good. I got them on sale for like 40-50$ off, so im pretty satisfied myself.

Really good, but not perfect

Audio quality is really good and phone conversation run smoothly and crisp, on the good side. I occassionally have problems with charging one or the other though, I have no idea what causes this since I never dropped them or the case.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. The Buds3 Pros provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. You may need to manually restart your Samsung earbuds. This can also help if you are experiencing minor problems, like if the earbuds are unresponsive. However, you can also perform a factory reset with the Galaxy Wearable app. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro case isn't charging the earbuds, here's a few things you can so right away to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device: 1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds. 2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly. 3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.
