They're also very comfortable and rest well within my ears, even during intense workouts. However, their performance during calls is abysmal; especially if you're someone like me who prefers wearing one earbud at a time. Every time I get a phone call, I spend the first 30-seconds or so adjusting settings until the person(s) on the other end can hear me. At that point, they can hear me a little better, but never well unless I have both buds in. I never had this issue with other Galaxy Buds, and I've exchanged these for a new pair three times now, with no success. Hopefully the next generation of buds improves upon this dreadful backstep.

If your Galaxy Buds earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris.
