People unable to hear what im saying, says like im talking underwater. Earbuds dont charge. Bring back the 90s where yiu hav e to angle it a certain way to charge on and dont bump it. Beacuse it would say disconnected from the case and connect to the earbud.

In order to remain connected, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the phone or tablet that have been paired with. Feel free to check out, "Bluetooth device won't stay connected to Galaxy phone or tablet" to conduct some troubleshooting steps on your device to help resolve what you may be experiencing. Also, take a look at "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to also help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your audio quality. We understand your frustration with the Buds 3 Pro not charging properly. Here are few steps that may help: > Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger. > Check to be sure the case is charging correctly. >Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors. > Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. > Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case.
