Buds throw charging errors ALL THE TIME!!!

I would give them a 5 start because overall they have good sound and are comfortable but the frustration of not charging is a real pain. You have to either update or reset them in order to temporarily fix the issue until next time. I would not buy again becaise of this issue! Would of returned but the time frame has expired.

1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.

3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.

I like pausing music and answering calls with just my voice and I'm still learning how to use them better. I'm still a bit clumsy with the real-time translator, but I'm sure I'll learn. I feel very satisfied with my Buds 3 Pro.

I like the Buds Pro. They're comfortable with good sound and the mic quality seems good! No one complains about the quality on calls, long battery life as well! A bonus, even if you dont have a Samsung I can connect them to my TV automatically and watch it quietly if I want to.

I love these, use them every single day, hours on end. The customizable sound and settings allows them to be tailored to your needs. I'd give it 5 stars but for me the fit has never been right.

I was very skeptical with the design change but tne new features, including voice control, far exceed past Buds. They are very comfortable and it is a major upgrade to not accidentally pause the music every time you touch or adjust the buds (which was very common with the Buds Pro2 ). I was going to keep my Buds Pro 2 as my second backup set of earbuds but after a couple of weeks with the Buds Pro 3 I traded in my Buds Pro 2 to get a second set of the Buds Pro 3. These may not be perfect, but they are an excellent upgrade.
