Would a 100% recommend if you have Android/Samsung and wanted something similar to airpods. You can track them, their battery percentage, and the case recharges them even when its not plugged in! :)

I've been having issues though with the left earbud charging in the case. Sometimes I have to take it out and put it back in the case and get it at a certain angle for it to start charging, from what I've read this is a fairly common issue. Also, I wish you could track the earbuds with both of them in the case. You can only track each individual earbud if they're outside of the case.

We value your honesty as we improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience. The way they hold in your ears is great, too. It took a little to get use to, coming from an older model, but so far, so good. I really enjoy them!

Upgrading from the buds pro, i was excited to start using these. After 2 uses, the right bud WILL NOT CHARGE. I insert the right bud into the case and the case LED just blinks red and gives me a notification on my phone that the buds have stopped charging due to moisture or debris. They're brand new, theres no moisture, and no debris. I used the Samsung Members app to post and search about my problem. Moderators removed my post. Samsung is clearly trying to do damage control as I've seen tons of people with this issue. Its a shame because these headphones are incredible. They fit better, they sound amazing, ANC is top tier, the controls are nice, etc. These would be 5 stars in my opinion. But what good are they if they dont charge properly? Maybe i got a bad batch, but i'm hesitant to try another pair. So if you're reading this, be warned, you may get a great pair that charges, or you may be stuck with dead buds.

The location when You loose them is great since I've left them behind a couple of times really helps.
