I've owned every pair of samsung earbuds and these are the best sounding and easy to use earbuds yet. The voice commands is one thing i really love, the fact that i dont even have to touch them to turn the volume up or down or to go to the next track is my most favorite thing. Theres so much technology in these earbuds that im still learning after about a month of using them. I plan on keeping these for as long as they last.

Great Sound & Smart Features, But Not Perfect

The noise canceling is good — not quite Bose level, but still solid. The live translation needs work, though — feels like using Google Translate. They fit well, but if you lay down or nap, they tend to fall out, probably because of the Apple-style design. Overall, they’re worth it for the sound and smart features, but they’re not flawless.

I loved these ear buds ANC so much even in a very loud evironment they still removed so much noise even for my sensitive ears! the one thing that I didn't love was that they weren't very comfortable when wearing for longish periods. Over all I would recommend them and the discomfort is most likely just from my personal ears. I also did prefer these over the AirPod pros!

I even tried using different sized buds, but there wasn't an improvement. My ear would be sore after less than 20 minutes of use.

Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most amazing experiences when using our products. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. Good audio, bad ear tips.

However, the ear tips ("gummies") are poorly designed. It's nearly impossible to remove them without damaging the one you're taking off, which makes replacing them frustrating. On top of that, they still tend to fall out of my ears. This design just doesn’t make sense.

If you're gonna sell a refurbished item please make sure it's not reported as lost/stolen. The item is linked with samsung find and previous owner will not clear it despite reaching out to him. Otherwise product works with decent battery

Really too bad that Best Buy does not stand by their price policy that if you find it advertised at a lower price on Best Buy, they will refund the difference. I did that and the excuse was that it was an outside seller for Best Buy so it does not apply. I guess that is just another way Best Buy has found they can cheat their customers. If that was not the case, it would have been 5 stars.

Theyve got amazing audio, noise canceling and bass! Absolutrly worth the money and definitely recommend.
