I work in construction, and to be able to talk in the work area I have to go far away or in my truck. With these, I don't have to leave my area.

I bought these thinking it would be a huge upgrade to the cheaper ear buds I was currently using but the difference in quality was hardly noticeable. Plus the battery life is low compared to other ear buds I've used. Something else i dislike compared to the current ear buds I'm using is that it doesn't auto-connect to multiple devices. I don't know if this is a fault with me or the product because in the settings there is something called seamless transition but it doesn't seem to work like it does with other products. I have to open the Samsung wearables app and press connect for it to switch devices, but my other ear buds auto switch devices if the audio from one device stops playing and audio from a different device starts playing. Also the distance you can be from the device the ear buds are connected to is very limited compared to other ear buds I've used.

Your feedback is appreciated as we strive to be innovative and improve the design and functionality of our products. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. Feel free to check out, "All about your Samsung earbuds’ battery life" if you would like to learn more about your battery life. When connecting the earbuds to a device that has already been signed in to your Samsung account, the pairing information will be available on other devices that share your account. You can then switch connections between those devices. To do this, navigate to and open Settings on your preferred device. Tap Connections, then tap Bluetooth, and then select the earbuds that have been synced with your Samsung account. If you’re enjoying some music on your Galaxy tablet, for example, your Buds will use the Automatic switching feature to switch over to your phone so you can take the call. Keep in mind that your devices must be signed into the same Samsung account to use this feature. If you have several Bluetooth audio devices connected, you can also use the Media and Device panel to switch connections between the devices. Take a look at, "How to connect your Galaxy Buds" if you would like to learn more. There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. Most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the phone or tablet. Also check out, "Bluetooth device won't stay connected to Galaxy phone or tablet" to conduct some troubleshooting steps on your device. I've owned every pair of samsung earbuds and these are the best sounding and easy to use earbuds yet. The voice commands is one thing i really love, the fact that i dont even have to touch them to turn the volume up or down or to go to the next track is my most favorite thing. Theres so much technology in these earbuds that im still learning after about a month of using them. I plan on keeping these for as long as they last.
