Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just like any pair of Galaxy earbuds, the Buds3 Pro work seamlessly with any Samsung device, sound is a little harsh but I appreciate the full customizable EQ, my problem is the fit and comfort, the rubber in the tips is so thin that I feel the platic stabbing my inside of the ear, is not the most uncomfortable thing ever but the comfort went downhill, the look is too much too, they aren't discrete at all, Noise Cancelling cancels more than the Buds2 Pro, if you really need the Buds because of the convenient ecosystem is a no brainer, you need them, but if the person doesn't use the buds for productivity and convenience just don't get them

Fits perfect, I can noise cancel or talk to someone near me without a problem, and taking calls has never been these easy.

I've owned almost every generation of Galaxy Earbuds due to their durability, battery life & sound quality. Every year, I give the other top brands a try, and I always come back to the Galaxy Pro's. I highly recommend!

One of the buds tends to fall out but if set correctly they work pretty good! Main reason I got these is for noice cancelling while working out at the gym where they blast music that I don’t really care for.

Next Level Galaxy Buds

The older models sounded good but they still just fell out of my ear. These stay in even while I'm in the gym, which is very nice. The sound is surprisingly good too. Exactly what I expect from these buds. The features have also taken a leap I did not expect with the new features on the pros. Don't forget to get some foam ear pieces. It takes them to the next level.

Posted .Hey there DouglasM, thank you for taking the time to share your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Your constructive feedback allows us to make improvements on our devices. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Wearing your earbuds properly is very important for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. Your Galaxy Buds3 Pros utilize a pinch and swipe system on the blades to prevent accidental touches. These controls include pinching to play/pause (one pinch), skipping tracks (double/triple pinch), and swiping up/down for volume. A pinch-and-hold action switches between ANC and ambient modes, or can be customized to launch apps. Flawless connection and use

My last pair withstanding 4 years of sweat, mud, kayaking, and so much more. So far i have this pair for 4 months and they have been nothing but great connect great to my phone everytime and the auto switch from noise canceling to ambient hearing works without skipping a beat. I assure i will continue to get these every time. - A samsung user for the last 15 years.

I got mine and there were no extra ear tips. I'm now currently trying to find the original style tips in a different size as the ones that are pre-installed are a little small for my ears
