I been ising the buds pros since they came out. The rubber they used would give me an ear infection every time i used them. No matter how many times i cleaned them my ear canal would itch like crazy. So when i got these i wasnt sure. They have been fine. I love the led stalk lighting and the sound quality is great. I haven’t tried the other features yet. Happy customer.

I absolutly love these headphones. They are very high quality. The noise cancelling is amaxing. The ambient noise feature is amazing. I can listen to music at work and still hear when a customer needs help.

From a longtime apple user I recently got a Samsung phone and wanted to get headphones to go with it. I was not disappointed. Can't hear a thing when they are in, and love the option in black.

Replaced my Samsung Buds 2 because they tend to fall out of my ears at inopportune times (on planes, etc.) They have great sound and aside from hanging up on a few people (operator error - learning curve) they are fine.

These were really good headphones, in fact I've never used headphones that had this good of noise cancelling and bass so I was extremely surprised, and I'm genuinely so sad I lost them while they were dead so I can't find them :( but I 100% would recommend to any Samsung owners and if you're an apple person it's worth the switch to Samsung

My wife immediately commented on how much nicer the noise cancelation is vs her old galaxy buds. The controls were difficult at first to get use to but now she likes that they are not as easy to accidently trigger. The ear tips are very stubborn when trying to swap out, i tore one of the bigger sizes in half trying to change it. So just be careful or order some spares.

Major upgrade from the pro 2. Just purchase today and already in love with design and sound.

The sound quality and noise canceling is better with the Buds 3, but that's where the improvements stop in my opinion. To me the controls were easier to use on the 2's than they are on these. I also don't like that it doesn't always show how much battery percent is left for the case. The 2's would show that every time I took them out. The 3's don't always show on my phone. Comfort is not bad. Changing the tips is a little different. And the case sucks compared to the 2's. The 2's had a kinda rubbery case that had a little bit of grip to it. These do not. It's just a hard plastic case. Overall they're not bad, but I almost prefer my 2's over these.
