They fit comfortably and stay put, if I have to adjust, I don't accidentally hand up on anyone. The sound is fantastic, clear and concise on my end and folks can hear me clearly on their end.

The sound quality has extreme depth and detail. The ANC and ambient modes are seamless and superb as well. The stem design makes these more comfortable for long term use as well. Definitely recommend these!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The build of the buds themselves feel like a sturdy little bugger, although the rubber inserts for the correct ear canal fit, that almost sounds dirty (S,M, and L) feels like I'm going to be replacing them often, they kinda rest in a very little channel instead of sliding the whole piece of rubber over a post. (Like other buds that I've used) My analogy, a sock pulled all the way up versus just covering your toes. I could be wrong, but they just don't feel like they're attached securely. They work well with a Samsung phone. I didn't have to go through the pairing of a new device or any of that rigmarole, my phone recognized them just by opening the lid. So far so good, but like most reviews, it's a first impression type of thing. We'll see

They deliver amazing sound and deep bass that enhances music better than my Beats Pro. They sync seamlessly with my Galaxy devices and are SO comfortable, I can wear them all day without any issues.

We appreciate your honesty as we strive to provide the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. As a bonus, I can walk around the whole house still listening to my program! They did cut in and out until I went back to Best Buy and was told I should have also bought a Universal Dual Bluetooth Wireless Audio Transmitter. They now work great!

She had some jbl ear buds for several years but they were starting to give her trouble. She says the sound and ease of use on these is way better and the battery life is 10x better.

I have had a little trouble getting them to stay in my ears, but after experimenting with the smaller sized rubber pieces, they seem to be fitting well. I would definitely recommend these buds to others.
