I have owned these for awhile, and use them nearly every day. The pins at the bottom of the pits to charge them start to dig into the earbuds and then they get finicky to get charging, leaving huge pits on the points of the earbuds. my left earbud sometimes refuses to charge at all. samsung says its fine, and refused to warranty them. until recent updates, the case also would be extremely sensitive about "moisture" and then just sit and blink and refuse to charge either side. The case has built in wireless charging, which isn't really advertised but is very handy, and the original ear pads/tips were garbage and ripped the first time I tried to take them off.

We value your feedback as it allows us the opportunity to improve the functionality and design of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Check out, "How to change the tips on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro or Buds3 FE" to help swap out your ear tips without damage. There is so much more clarity and definition in the audio quality. While the design might be a bit subjective and very Apple like, the in ear fit is a major improvement over the originals and less likely to fall out with continuous use. Being both a user of Apple and Samsung, the user experience is better with Samsung but that's to be expected. Loving them so far and can't wait to see what the Galaxy Bud Pro 4 brings to the table.

The translator is not what I expected so I'm a little disappointed. Pairing with the Samsung phone and voice commands are excellent. Disclaimer: This is the only pair I have ever owned.

The sound quality is the best I've had with any other devices. When I'm on a call the person I'm taking to cannot hear any of my background noise. I can actually talk and vacuum at the same time with them and the other party doesn't hear the vacuum. I highly recommend them.
