When listening to music or anything else when you start talking they automatically turn down. They will come backbup or tell them to volume up. Still learning how to use them

But for phone calls the other person can't hear me and battery only last a little over an hour for phone calls... I also don't like that it doesn't charge very fast when put back in the case. And it doesn't have a way to beep individual ear piece if dropped and lost

Sound quality is good, charging is bad

Only issue I have is charging. If i dont take 2-3 minutes to set them in the case, then repeatedly open and close and make sure they're charging via the app, then they wont charge. The app as well will just freeze so you have to open and close the app multiple times to get the charging status to update. Incredibly frustrating if you're like me and use them for work and just throw them in the case at the end of the day, assuming they'll charge.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to Support at your earliest convenience. They have so many features that make these the best ear buds ive used. Long lasting battery. It can take a while to setup and get them the way you like.

The headphones are very lightweight The sound is fabulous. Samsung‘s always made good products and I am so happy to have purchased these headphones. I highly recommend this to friends and family.

They were to big possibly, i tried different ear tips an they still hurt after an hour or 2! Had to return. Everything else was great an i really wanted to like them.
