    ANC, hearthrough, sound quality ease of use incredible. But music and hearthrough i get about 4 hours per bud and less than 2 days of constant bud switching. While I love them, the battery life leaves much to be desired.

    Really dont like the pinching mechanic instead of just tapping. The rubber earbud spacers are oddly shaped and dont form well. It's not my ears because these are the only earbuds I've had an issue with of actually staying in my ears, which is made even more obvious when i go to swipe or pinch and they just fall out because its a more aggressive interaction than just tapping like most other buds. After 1 month, the buds don't fully set into the charging case, and I am constantly finding one or the other buds at 3% when i go to put them back in my ears. It's not a dirty case or dirt earbuds because i inspect it and clean it every time, but it's never the cause of the issue. On a positive note, when they actually seat into a fully charged case, they do charge back up to 100% pretty fast. At least, that's what I remember because they have had the seating issue for a while now

We appreciate your feedback as it provides us the opportunity to remain innovative while improving the functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case.     Yea didnt really like Jose, if we can get a new loan officer that would be great. I dont see Jose helping me excel to my full financial potential. Was he off yesterday or ? He came off as rude and empathetic.. Also the fact I spent about 6 hours on things that are no longer an an option seems like my loss only. seems typical of the area to change what was originally planned. Im not upset with you or him. I'm considering if this is what will help me the most or not I feel like you guys want to withdraw the whole thing anyways. Which is ridiculous considering what for. I have always paid and solved any issue immediately with you guys. The fact is if I loan someone 100 bucks until Christmas and get paid back in full, no less than a day early I would have no issue loaning them what I could upbf until I they didnt keep their wordv. Let Bedfordgʻe know what you think I should do. I know the system has their way and I have mine but At care about morale

    Disappointed because the ability to turn off the buds like my older Samsung Earbuds is gone. Similarly I can't turn off noise cancelation with a bud touch. I wanted ones that are easier to keep looking clean, so that works better with metallic finish. They also don't seem to fit my ear as well.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro utilize a pinch and swipe gesture system on the blade of the device for touch controls. Pinching the blade controls music playback (play/pause, skip), call management (answer/end/decline), and can be customized to activate other features like noise control or Bixby. Swiping up and down on the blade adjusts the volume. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips.     Great sound. Noise cancel crackles in loud environments though and left 1 only charges some of the time.

    The sound on these is amazing but the in ear fitment is absolutely garbage idk what it is about the way they fit but trying to get them in sealed correctly is a hassle and takes a couple trys to get somtimes...
