    Perfect! I haven't used any earbuds in years because people usually had trouble hearing me. Thought I would give these a try and they work great and callers have no trouble hearing me at all.

    Longtime Samsung Galaxy user. Traded in my Buds2 Pro's for credit towards the Buds3 Pro's: - sound quality about the same - charging is very problematic and have problems getting them fully charged - earbud charge does not seem as long as Buds2 - switching between devices is harder than it should be. (E.g. I have to often disable Bluetooth on my phone to connect to Peloton) I've upgraded firmware to latest version and still find them problematic. I would not recommend them.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. The Buds3 Pro provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If you're experiencing less than optimal battery life on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro, check out "All about your Samsung earbuds’ battery life" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. To achieve seamless connection with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro and other non-Galaxy devices, ensure the earbuds are paired via Bluetooth, and consider using the Galaxy Wearable app for Samsung devices, or the Bluetooth settings for non-Samsung devices.     Nice and sleek design. Love that its so easy to connect with samsung phone. There are mpre bads then good. Hard to put back in case hard to skip songs and change volume. I havent had time but i will be taking these back

      Hey there TroyH, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Wearing your earbuds properly is important for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds.     These headphones are great. So far so good. Don't really have anything bad to say about them! The only gripe I do have is I'm not really sure if I feel comfortable using them at the gym due to the fact I don't know if there's a water resistance or sweat resistance. Other than that, they're pretty great

    Not great noise cancellation

    I immediately recognized the active noise cancellation was not as good as Bose QT earbuds the very first time I put them on. I trusted web-based reviews that suggested the cancelation was outstanding; sadly, it is not. It reduced the upper frequency of an air purifier fan running in the room, but not the lower frequencies. Consequently, they would not be useful for when riding in the airlines (which I do frequently). Thankfully, Best Buy was great about my returning them. Thank you Best Buy, but Samsung...up your game.

When the Active Noise Canceling feature is turned on, it will block out noise in the nearby area, so you can be fully immersed in your music. If you ever need to be aware of your surroundings, simply turn off Active noise canceling. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips.     I've been a big fan of Samsung buds for years. I was concerned when it was announced that the Buds 3 would be similar to Apple Air Pods. Now that I have these I can confirm that these are a step in the wrong direction. The touch/pinch controls are very inconsistent in working, most of the time it's faster for me to grab my phone, unlock it, and do what I need instead of fumbiling around with these. Audio quality seems better than the Buds 2 pro, however that might just be me tricking myself into believing that it was actually worth buying these. You're better off going with the Buds 2/ FE. Hopefully Samsung will realize their mistake with the Buds 4.

    I loved my Galaxy Buds 2 and thought...if there's a version Buds 3, it must be better. While still good, I still miss my Galaxy Buds 2.

    Excellent product once you figure out controls which is not easy. It is difficult to find a manual and the support app does not exist. For the price make sure to purchase protection/replacement plan.
