    I was looking and trying different ear buds for me & when i saw these i said lets give them a try & wat can i say i am super excited with my purchase…

    Only thing good about these buds is the sound, if ANY foriegn material gets in the case they wont charge at all. When they do charge either the left or the right will/wont charge, this is my 2nd pair same issues. Dont recommend especially for welders

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case.     Decent Earbuds Ruined by Firmware & Software

    One of the worst earbuds I've purchased. The form factor is outdated but can easily be fixed with some earbud covers. This is more or less a non-issue that can go away with a $7. Sure, it sucks to have to spend more money to make them comfortable, but if they worked as intended it would be well worth it. The real pain is the firmware which is incredibly buggy. For instance, the built-in software eq that you get in the Samsung Wearable app ONLY applies the eq if one earbud is in. For two, it will disable alltogether. They will clip with no eq boost on volumes well below the safe listening threshold, and the clipping seems to be software guided. The only setting I've found that might cause the issue is sound normalization, which I've toggled on and off for testing. If you turn your volume down to a low level, then hold volume up, you can hear the dampening effect work at a delay between both volume increase and earbud, as the volume will increase in both ears, then the dampening will happen in one ear, then the other after. I've found other mentions of this issue on the Samsung support forums from 5+ months ago, and other mentions on similar forums referencing the issue occurring nearly 10 months back from the date I am reviewing. The dampening effect seems to be reduced when in adaptive mode, but the audio quality in general also seems to be reduced in this mode. Unfortunately, this issue didn't start immediately. Otherwise, I would request a refund & find another option. This is especially painful, given the fact that every feature offered with this earbud is offered with others, including the eq, which can be supplemented with apps in the play store if other brands don't happen to include one.

    Delivered to Wrong Address

    My problem is not with the product itself, because the earbuds work great. It is with their method of shipping and BestBuy's lack of trying to make sure the customer was satisfied. They shipped through USPS which delivered my product to the wrong address, they have no photo proof to show where they delivered to so it is was impossible to track, but because they said they delivered them they closed my claim. If my neighbor 1 block over (same house number different street) was not honest, they would have has a nice pair of earbuds and I would have been left with nothing but the bill.

    Went to Best buy to buy some Pixel Bud Pro 2 and they were out. The sales associate recommended these and they probably are decent earbuds but my wife didn't like them so we returned them!

    right earbud was a lemon on the first pair which i returned. replacement set also has trouble charging right bud. the buds also will not allow me to get past the terms and conditions window on my galaxy s24 ultra so that i can manage the noise cancelling and other features. the sound is nice, but everything else is unacceptable. will be returning the second set also.
