Sound quality is way better from previous version! Unfortunately, these aren't intended for working out. They would either loosen up or fall out my ears.

They are good wireless earbuds but they falls out of my ear, they don't have options to answer my phone with them and for the cost there should be more options with these earbuds. Do better Samsung! I ise everything Samsung!

Salutations LavernB, thanks for taking the time to reach out to us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We value your candor as we improve our product line, based on consumer feedback. Wearing your earbuds properly is important for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips, as you know. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. If you would like more information regarding achieving the perfect fit, feel free to review "How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro." Feel free to reach out to Support afterward if you would like any further assistance. Thanks for being a loyal customer. - Debra Samsung

They should have had black or white color only. The fit is MUCH better than the Pro 2 (I had to keep repositioning to fit in my ear). Now one month later the left earbud was not charging. I took it to Samsung Care and the issue was the case, the left earbud was not going all the way down. So they gave me a new case. Thank goodness for the warranty.

Ok sound, definitely not as good as over ear headphones, for me, they don't fit very well and hurt my ears, but that's true of ever bud I've tried sadly. No issues with connections, and the inphone app/control seems extensive.

    The Samsung Buds Pro 3

Sound great—crisp audio, solid bass—but they have one fatal flaw: they can’t stay in my ears to save their life. On a recent 3-hour plane trip, they fell out three times. Cue me crawling around with a flashlight, apologizing to strangers, and hunting for these tiny escape artists. It’s not like I have weird ears either—they’re normal! This isn’t my first rodeo; my previous pair also had this issue. Honestly, I’m done. Spending good money just to constantly adjust these things? No thanks. Over-ear headphones, here I come. Samsung, you really dropped the ball—or should I say, the buds.

    Poor design, worse support

The rubber earpieces are formed over plastic now. The rubber and plastic came apart when trying to change sizes. (Google this, its a problem.) I had to send the buds in for repair, as the plastic part was stuck to the buds with no way of removing them. Samsung "fixed" them and sent them back to me. SAMSUNG RETURNED THEM TO ME WITH THE WRONG TIPS!!! Now i have 2 large, 3 medium, and 1 small. Both of them i sent in were small tips. Avoid these ear buds! Google the common issues and see for yourself.

    STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

DO NOT BUY THESE!!! I bought them at launch, and had issues with them since day one. They would make very loud popping noises while in my ears, to the point where it messed with my hearing. The worst part is that I had them sent in to get a refund (or at the very least replaced), and they had the nerve to tell me that there was water damage! Not only did they not give me my money back/replace them/fix them, but they said my warranty was VOIDED because of this! The hilarious thing is that I NEVER put them in water, AND they are supposed to be waterproof! LOL There customer service is terrible. I've had nothing but issues with Samsung over the years. I switched to Google products, and they have been amazing (including their customer service!). Let's put Samsung out of business!!!!!
