Great ear buds, very small lots of features. Quality is very good!! Cancel out noise is very good!!!

The ear buds are great. The only issue is that best buy does not allow optional extended warranty to be purchased.

I like it and it is comfortable. I would buy it again and the case is very practical.

Ear buds are awesome. BUT they came with the find me linked to someone else's email. Ive tried reaching out to the email they're linked to but the previous owner won't reply. So now the previous owner can see my location whenever I use them and I also can trade them in for the new earbud pro 4s that are coming out

Excellent sound quality and noise cancellation. Had to return because of discomfort in my ears, which I attribute to my anatomy rather than the earbuds design, though it could be because they're rather bulky. The plastic part of the housing/bud itself pressed on my inner ear, becoming very painful and sore after about an hour, regardless of which ear tip I tried (including aftermarket ones). I was bummed out because I liked everything else a bout them, which is why I only docked one star

Sound quality is great but the battery life is a little short

They are pretty good earbuds for everyday use. They stay on when running and the noise canceling is good. Sound is 8.5/10.

Samsung out did themselves with this product. Sound the activation noise cancelation is great, the ambient sound is like hearing aids, and best of all is the phone call noise canceling. 10 out of 10 for in my opinion.

These earbuds are fantastic. They rival my air pods 2 pro for sound quality. Noise cancellation is great. The call quality is excellent. Highly recommended

Flawless (Once you learn how to operate the ear bud touch options) . Audio quality is astounding. The onlywould personally change is the shape. I would of kept it the same as the prior Gen. Noise Canceling is on fleek.
