In terms of sound, they surprised me compared to the previous model. They are comfortable and practical, and have a super long-lasting battery.

When connecting to laptop, videos will not play. Tried multiple things to trouble shoot without success. Old samsung ear buds work great with laptop, if wasnt for the one stop working wouldnt have upgraded.

To fix any pairing issues you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro and your laptop, please put the buds in their case with the lid open, then hold the pairing button on the case for several seconds until the light flashes red, green, and blue. Also make sure your laptop's Bluetooth is on, remove any previous pairings in Windows, and update your Bluetooth drivers, if needed.
