Sound quality is good, charging is bad

Only issue I have is charging. If i dont take 2-3 minutes to set them in the case, then repeatedly open and close and make sure they're charging via the app, then they wont charge. The app as well will just freeze so you have to open and close the app multiple times to get the charging status to update. Incredibly frustrating if you're like me and use them for work and just throw them in the case at the end of the day, assuming they'll charge.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to Support at your earliest convenience. Unlike the Buds live, after using the earbuds for awhile my ears hurt

They have so many features that make these the best ear buds ive used. Long lasting battery. It can take a while to setup and get them the way you like.
