Doesnt work with laptop

When connecting to laptop, videos will not play. Tried multiple things to trouble shoot without success. Old samsung ear buds work great with laptop, if wasnt for the one stop working wouldnt have upgraded.

To fix any pairing issues you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro and your laptop, please put the buds in their case with the lid open, then hold the pairing button on the case for several seconds until the light flashes red, green, and blue. Also make sure your laptop's Bluetooth is on, remove any previous pairings in Windows, and update your Bluetooth drivers, if needed. The noise reduction is incredible. I just wish they would stay in the ear when i start sweating from working. Thats not a real big problem.but once in a while ill have to pick one up off the ground

The fitment is kinda weird, no matter which ear piece I install fitment is kinda wonky. Would still recommend due to great battery life and sound quality.

They worked extremely well. Noise counseling is right on par with every other. You're but out there. I'm partial to anything to do with Samsung great product. Just wish they would have stayed in my ears. A little better. I returned them and got a different brand which I'm extremely happy with at this point.
