It was a gift. Excellent, great quality, highly recommend!

It was easy to online order to pick up the same day and i knew exactly the style/color that was available in the closest stores. The ear buds connect seamlessly and i am really enjoying the different audio adjustments you can do easliy from your phone.

Replaced my Samsung Buds 2 because they tend to fall out of my ears at inopportune times (on planes, etc.) They have great sound and aside from hanging up on a few people (operator error - learning curve) they are fine.

I honestly did not expect these earbuds to be as phenomenal as they are. Just the noise canceling and all the other features its comes with surpassed my expectations by a long shot. Very happy with this purchase!

What a shame. Upgrading from the buds pro, i was excited to start using these. After 2 uses, the right bud WILL NOT CHARGE. I insert the right bud into the case and the case LED just blinks red and gives me a notification on my phone that the buds have stopped charging due to moisture or debris. They're brand new, theres no moisture, and no debris. I used the Samsung Members app to post and search about my problem. Moderators removed my post. Samsung is clearly trying to do damage control as I've seen tons of people with this issue. Its a shame because these headphones are incredible. They fit better, they sound amazing, ANC is top tier, the controls are nice, etc. These would be 5 stars in my opinion. But what good are they if they dont charge properly? Maybe i got a bad batch, but i'm hesitant to try another pair. So if you're reading this, be warned, you may get a great pair that charges, or you may be stuck with dead buds.

Work great. Noise cancelling is awesome. Have not had any issues since purchase.

Love to compact size and wireless charging. Definitely an upgrade in sound quality coming from powerbeats 2.

I very much like these Pro 3. It's great that they allow you to talk and silence the music during the conversation and then pick it back up when you're through ! I have a habit of losing them but with these you can find out the last location where you had them. If only you could find the case also, when the buds are in your ears...lol

Love them, full bass sound and clear highs! Had a bad pair from Amazon, glad I tried them again!

They are of very good quality, sound battery life... I recommend them.

Amazing product!! I used the buds3 pro daily until I lost them. Found them then lost them again. Now they are in an area where I never been. Crazy right!! If I could get then replace I would, right now I'm currently waiting on the Buds4 pro!

Love the Buds 3! So much better than the prior two versions. These actually stay in my ears when I move, and the sound quality is great. Still working on how to use the controls on the buds as they are different from the prior versions. But glad I bought them.

Sound is way improved over my last pair of galaxy buds, fit and controls take getting used to. Battery life leaves something to be desired, but these are my favorite buds yet
