Noise cancelation

Noise cancelation is awesome . No one can hear the background noise. Only thing i dont like is . Moisture detection activate and wont charge headphones takes a few tries . But overall they are awesome

I have owned these for awhile, and use them nearly every day. The pins at the bottom of the pits to charge them start to dig into the earbuds and then they get finicky to get charging, leaving huge pits on the points of the earbuds. my left earbud sometimes refuses to charge at all. samsung says its fine, and refused to warranty them. until recent updates, the case also would be extremely sensitive about "moisture" and then just sit and blink and refuse to charge either side. The case has built in wireless charging, which isn't really advertised but is very handy, and the original ear pads/tips were garbage and ripped the first time I tried to take them off.

We value your feedback as it allows us the opportunity to improve the functionality and design of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Check out, "How to change the tips on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro or Buds3 FE" to help swap out your ear tips without damage. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience. Fit and function

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like them very much but even though I've changed the silicone earpieces to fit more snug, they tend to fall out when leaning forward, not sure there is a fix for that but I'm sure everyone's ears are different and the stay put for others. Sound is great and calls are clear.
