Great earbuds with minor discomfort

Unlike the Buds live, after using the earbuds for awhile my ears hurt

Overall good, but with some issues

I've been having issues though with the left earbud charging in the case. Sometimes I have to take it out and put it back in the case and get it at a certain angle for it to start charging, from what I've read this is a fairly common issue. Also, I wish you could track the earbuds with both of them in the case. You can only track each individual earbud if they're outside of the case.

We value your honesty as we improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience. Only issue I have is charging. If i dont take 2-3 minutes to set them in the case, then repeatedly open and close and make sure they're charging via the app, then they wont charge. The app as well will just freeze so you have to open and close the app multiple times to get the charging status to update. Incredibly frustrating if you're like me and use them for work and just throw them in the case at the end of the day, assuming they'll charge.

They have so many features that make these the best ear buds ive used. Long lasting battery. It can take a while to setup and get them the way you like.

When listening to music or anything else when you start talking they automatically turn down. They will come backbup or tell them to volume up. Still learning how to use them
