I am on calls alot with work, and usually have a lot of background noise, but these block out most of the background noises making work calls much easier and more clear.

Upgrading from the buds pro, i was excited to start using these. After 2 uses, the right bud WILL NOT CHARGE. I insert the right bud into the case and the case LED just blinks red and gives me a notification on my phone that the buds have stopped charging due to moisture or debris. They're brand new, theres no moisture, and no debris. I used the Samsung Members app to post and search about my problem. Moderators removed my post. Samsung is clearly trying to do damage control as I've seen tons of people with this issue. Its a shame because these headphones are incredible. They fit better, they sound amazing, ANC is top tier, the controls are nice, etc. These would be 5 stars in my opinion. But what good are they if they dont charge properly? Maybe i got a bad batch, but i'm hesitant to try another pair. So if you're reading this, be warned, you may get a great pair that charges, or you may be stuck with dead buds.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro can provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. Feel free to check out, "The battery life of your Samsung earbuds" if you would like to learn more. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. One downside is that it falls off my ear sometimes. Also, one small annoying thing about it is that it makes weird whistling sound painful to the ear sometimes, especially when you accidentally rub them.

Wind noise is an issue on bike rides, and noise cancelation is average. Music sounds great, but I have to readjust them often when running. Solid overall for daily use.

The pinch controls are a bit to get used to, but they work well enough. Definitely worth picking up, especially if they're on sale.

This is the best earbuds in the market but it's only one little flaw in this earbuds sometimes they charge sometime they don't charge if you spend $250 on the earbuds you shouldn't be cleaning every time you use them come on now Samsung it's $250 should be having this issue
