Everything about these earbuds is amaz8ng except for the fitment in my ears. I cant really give a bad review for the fitment because thats not on samsung at least in my case. But these earbuds are amazing and id recommend them to anyone.

Basic touch and pinch controls (play, pause, skip, and volume via the blade/stem) will work on non-Galaxy phones once paired via standard Bluetooth. However, to customize gestures, adjust the equalizer, or enable Adaptive Noise Control, you must download the Galaxy Wearable App and the Galaxy Buds3 Pro Manager from the Google Play Store. I do however have a problem with them sating in place while exercising. I would say that during a 1 hour workout they may fall out or become loose 2 times. Not bad on average, I guess.

Huge disappointment

Sound quality is decent, but charging these are an absolute nightmare. Ive had to put a piece of paper towel in the lid to put pressure on them so theyll charge, and most the time that doesnt even work. The battery life of both the case and ear buds are marginal at best. I want to upgrade to the new series but im hesitant to drop another near $200 for a product that works like a $25 product.

Received the product from a person named Mia in the bakersfield location and the whole transaction it seemed to be forced as if she didn't want anything to do with anybody in my line. Mia completely act like she didn't want to be there. And you could see it in her face and her expressions as well as her interaction with the customer before me period. Please take this with that's much courtesy as you can , Mia needs to be placed in a location where she doesn't have to deal with customers perioto be placed in a location where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Other than that, the store employees around the store. We're very helpful and kind.

They work well with my iPhone 7 Pro Max and my Galaxy Fold 7. Buy them on sale for a better value. Looking at the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro earbuds once they go on sale.
