The biggest downside is the integration with apple products is very bad, the app to control settings is an android only app. Other than that 4/5 for everything else

The sound is subpar compared to similarly priced models from Apple, Sony, and even Razer, the touch controls are rarely recognized and not intuitive, and the active noise cancelation's only noticeable effect is to make things sound worse.

Did you know that you don't have to utilize the stems of your device to start and stop your content? You can use voice commands like "play music" or "stop music." Voice control is available in the Galaxy Wearable app, and pinch gestures like a single pinch for play/pause are the default touch controls.
