Even though it was an “open box” item, the original box was in good condition. As for the product's performance, the earbuds work well; they connected automatically to my phone (S24) and the sound quality is excellent. Since this was my first “open box” purchase, I'm satisfied with both the quality and the price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another item like this.

Great snug fit no issues, sounds crisp & clear. Blocks/controls outer noise. Features advanced sounds. Great battery life,awesome quality. Totally worth purchasing very pleased no complaints overall great product includes one year warranty.

Excellent! I have found the Galaxy Buds3 Pro to be better than the Buds2 that I have used for some time now. I much more pleased with the battery life and Noise Cancelling of the the Buds3 Pro than I was with the old ones. The design, the fit is better and the controls found on the buds themself, I think, is better. I am 100% satisfied. PS I use the Samsung - 15W Duo Fast Wireless Charger with these and it is a great setup.

The Buds 3 Pro are excellent. In terms of sound, they surprised me compared to the previous model. They are comfortable and practical, and have a super long-lasting battery.

I upgraded from the Galaxy Buds 2 pro. I've noticed an improvement to battery life, the sound is ever so slightly clearer and nicer, but probably improved in a way that most users would not notice. The active noise cancellation actually feels worse than the buds 2 pro in louder environments and as such, I tend to prefer using my old pair when doing certain things like going to the gym or mowing the lawn. It seems to cancel out small things like the A/C or fans in the room better, even doing so while the noise passthrough is on. During an office renovation, I found it easier to talk to people with these in, since it would cancel the fan noise without affecting the person's voice, which I was very impressed with. Overall, I enjoy these more than the previous buds 2 pro, but I think sacrifices were made for the improvements. I still don't know what the lights on the side of the earbuds do.

I love these buds, They are very very comfortable, excellent sound and very good battery life.

I've been using the galaxy buds since the first ones. They are a great product. They can connect to multiple devices at a time, and it is seemless to switch between them. They are 100 times better than any Airpod out there or other brands. These ones are definitely better quality the the Buds2 Pro, which had they best quality I've seen. The only downside in my opinion is the lack of color choices compared to previous Gens, and the "Pinch" controls. Which can get wonky. Otherwise extremely satisfied.

i mostly use them for work or riding my motorcycle. it provides great sound quality. Comfort is decent as long as they correctly fit. and the battery life is awesome. can ride or work majority of the day without recharge.

I waited to do a review of these because i wanted to make sure i could be honest. I love the sound quality noise cancelling being the original reason i bought them. I accidentally dropped these out of my pocket a month a go in the parking lot of my barbershop to my suprise when i noticed and tracked them back they had been run over they had a few dings and scratches on the case, but they still worked the same as when i first bought them. I went about three days straight without charging them listening to them at work on and off through out 8 hour shifts.

The sound cancelation is fabulous! They stay in your ears, they are comfortable, i love them!

Earbud sound was good, but I feel like something was lacking. But I find the design and color really good. Noise cancellation 8/10 at best.

These are by far the best Samsung earbuds I’ve owned! The sound quality is incredible—crisp, clear, and immersive. I also love how comfortable they are; the fit is snug without being too tight, and they stay in place even when I’m on the move. Samsung really got it right with this version!
