Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro feature touch and pinch controls located on the blade stems of the earbuds. Instead of tapping the main surface, you grab the stem and use a combination of pinching and swiping to control your media, volume, and calls. Media Controls: Single Pinch: Play or pause audio. Double Pinch: Skip to the next track. Triple Pinch: Go back to the previous track (or restart the current track if pinched after 3 seconds). Swipe Up/Down: Slide your finger up or down along the back of the stem to adjust the volume. Call Controls: Single Pinch: Answer or end an incoming call. Pinch and Hold: Decline an incoming call. Custom & Hold Gestures: Pinch and Hold: By default, this cycles through your noise control modes (Active Noise Cancellation, Ambient, or Off). Call quality can be iffy, but that's not an issue to me. The audio quality is great, especially for buds, I usually prefer over ear headphones since they typically sound better.
